Hello Everyone,
This is mainly to all the coaches and teams who participated in the Trials held here last spring. I have pictures to send out, but no addresses to send them to. I know a few coaches gave me their addresses and a list of bib numbers of their athletes--however, in the stress of the summer* these were lost.
Please resubmit the info if you are still interested. I will hold the pictures until New Year's 2010, and then delete them. At that point, you will have to contact Stacey Hepp at USACanoe/Kayak for any images.
**Landmark descent of the K2 rivers.
**Action film Premier
**May 16, 2009, at 7 pm at the Abbey Theater.
**This is a fundraiser, cost: $5
Check the 4Corners Kayak Blog for details and up to date information and to watch a clip of the movie.
John wants everyone to view this video of
Campbell Walsh on youtube. Some great moves and some strength training ideas.
Durango Whitewater is pleased to have the opportunity to host the 2009 USACanoe/Kayak Slalom Senior Team Trials, May 15, 16, 17 at Whitewater Park in Durango, Colorado.
This is a reminder! If you have not yet registered for this weekend’s camp and plan to participate, PLEASE REGISTER TODAY!
Testing and assessments planned require set-up and organization. In order for us to properly plan, you must tell us now that you plan to be a part of this camp, and which days you plan to attend. You will benefit most by attending all sessions.
Eventually we will have a calendar to track upcoming events. Until then, this is a listing of upcoming events and school closure dates for the Durango 9R High School (in very small script). As more events come up, we will post them.
