Nic Borst, a native of CO has joined Durango Whitewater in an effort to get the program up and running again.  Nic, a graduate of Gettysburg College in PA. has been a full time paddler and coach for the past ten years. "I am very excited to be working with Durango Whitewater.  The culture and ease of training in Durango makes the town one of the best places for paddlers of all abilities to improve, have fun on an awesome river, and make connections in the paddling community." Some of the upcoming projects for DWW include a fall race series, national level training camps, pool sessions, and improving DWW's information and media distribution.
